Hours free for audiobooks

• I have a family Spotify premium plan, and I'm giving 15 hours of free audiobooks to listen to a month. It's only the 7th of February and I know I did not listen to 15 hours yet since I didn't finish this 12-hour book. I listened to probably 4 and 1/2 hours so far, but I got a notification saying that My listening time is up.

• Anyone know if it's calculated by the calendar month or by the payment month?

On your billing date, Spotify renews the audiobook listening time included in your plan and unused audiobook listening time from the previous month can no longer be used. Also, keep in mind that if you listen to an audiobook at a faster speed, it will not allow you to get extra audiobook listening time. For example, if you listen to an audiobook that is 6 hours long on 2x speed, your time will be 6 hours, not 3.
