How do I change a country with an active family plan?

We have moved from one country to another. When I try to change countries (and, accordingly, the payment card), I am redirected to another page, where the default premium plan for one person is automatically selected.



From the same window, you can change the plan to a family, but it is marked as already selected.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

In this case, you'll, unfortunately, first need to cancel your subscription, wait until your account reverts back to free, then update your country setting through the dropdown menu, then subscribe to Premium Family at https://spotify.com/family again. 🙂
