My Question or Issue

We want to add my husband to our family premium account as 4th member. 
unfortunately every time he clicks on the invitation link and he added our address (double checked) the application says he is in another county. We double checked the location settings on the account of the owner and the account of my husband and both are on and on Belgium. 
Please can anybody helps us?

Thanks for reaching out. The country needs to be the same across all accounts and the address in the Family plan in order for the invites to work. Given the error you receive, one of these must not be correct. Check your respective account pages and then, if necessary, update the countries as shown here. Double check the address on the Family plan too. If the error persists, make sure that your husband is logged into the correct account when trying to join, as he may have a secondary account that his browser is automatically logging him into that doesn't have the correct country.
