Solved!!Superuser Contribution Address doesn’t match

I have premium family but we can't all listen at once

I have a premium family account. There are three of us on it. We can't all listen to Spotify at once. When one person is listening and another tries to, it knocks the first listener off.

I was told there was a family premium plan with No audiobooks

I was told there was a Family premium plan that didn’t have me pay for audiobooks. I don’t listen to them. I think it’s a waste of money.
