"Your addresses didn't match" on the family plan.

I accepted an invitation to join a family plan. I obviously live at the same address and I was trying to do this while staying there too actually. When I typed the address it said it didn´t match. I decided to literally copy the address from the master account and paste, didn´t work. I tried several devices, phones, desktop, laptops. Doesn´t work. Please help, it´s really not a cheap service to be this ridiculously buggy as I´ve seen it´s an extremely common issue.

 

The email address for the account I am trying to join from is **bleep**, the master account is at **bleep**

Still happening and struggling with this. Please fix it! Can't add my mom to my plan even though we have the same exact address. Frustrating paying for a plan we can't use because of a glitch on your system. I have tried everything above

Please fix it. This is the ONLY SINGULAR issue preventing me from switching from YouTube music. This is ridiculous. Work with Google and fix it. Do something. 

So I had this problem and there are 2 places your address is stored in your account and in your plan. If you go here:

https://support.spotify.com/us/article/family-address-verification/ 

and click the green button that says check or change your address. That's where I had my old address and was able to change it to my new one. Once I did that I was able to add an account to the plan no problem!


Hello. This solution doesnt work.

 

I'm trying to add my son to my premium family subscription.

 

We live in the same address

We have the same connection

Country in our profile both says Philippines.

 

Yet, the moment he clicks the invitation link and sign in, the message: 

 

"Our Family plans are for members that live in the same household.

You can explore and find another Premium plan that's right for you."

 

We tried signing in using computer, incognito, or even different browsers.

I don't know why this is happening.

Please fix this.

The reason why I subbed to family premium is so that my family members can join.
