Account change

I had a student verified account which I had to delete for some reason but then when I created a new account and try to verify, it says "Unable to verify your student status". It used worked perfectly on my old account. I have summited my student ID card and my student university E-mail to both my old and new account but it could not verify me as a student in my new account.
