 Hi, I have ticket on SheerID to confirm my student account. They write it will be max 3 days. But i submit ticket in 13.10.2018 and now is 18.10.2018 and i dont recive any email. Sorry for my bad Eng.

I'd recommend reaching back out to SheerID in this case, as they're the one's who do the verification process.
