Sheerid Issue For Student Premium

Hello, I just had a question on what to do with sheerid's system and how to fix it since every time I try to verify that I'm a student for spotify student discount it will now just say the same error which says "Error, It looks like we're having difficulty verifying you. Please contact SheerID support". Then when I contact sheerid support to reset the amount of attempts they say it's spotifys problem and should contact them but spotify says it's sheerid's problem. So I'm stuck in an infinite loop providing already my transcript, financial aid, school schedule and id to support with everything they wanted. But to no avail, honestly going crazy from this verification process. If you experienced this problem please let me know what you did to fix it thanks.

Hey @HubertChong, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you check your spam/junk folders to see if you’ve receive any notice about successful verification of your student status? SheerID is the one that handles queries related to the verification process of Premium Student so I would recommend getting in touch with them again if you can. Otherwise, you may also get in touch with Customer Support. The right folks at Spotify will take a look and do their best to help.

Hello @Billy-J thanks for replying, 

I've checked my junk folders but still no luck and when I reached SheerID again they said something other than a transcript which should've just confirmed that I'm a college student but I guess not. Then they said to use "screenshot from your student portal displaying Your full name, The current term or date with enrolled courses and your school name." Which I have done but they still won't accept it causing an infinite loop but I'll just contact Spotify and see how that goes.
