My Question or Issue

 I had a student discount for spotify premium for the past year. A couple of days ago I received a message stating that the discount would expire soon, however I would be able to continue the disocunt for another year if I followed the link in the email (to a spotify.com... page). Unfortunately, I am not able to get to this website nor the homepage (spotify.com). For some reason I can reach the support page, though. Is there a technical issue with the server or is this due to my own settings? What can I do? I'd really like to pay less for another year 😉

We'd recommend trying from a desktop using an incognito window. Also, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. Does that help?
