Studenten Rabatt

Hallo 🙂

Ich nutze Spotify schon seit 2 Jahren mit dem Studentenrabatt. Vor einem Monat musste ich den Account neu verifizieren lassen - hat auch geklappt.

Gestern habe ich die Mail bekommen, dass ich den normalen Preis statt dem Studentenrabatt zahlen soll. Ich habe den Account jetzt neu verifiziert und es steht dran, dass ich ab November wieder nur 5€ zahlen muss.

Warum hat es denn den Rabatt nicht für den Oktober übernommen und wie kann ich auch im Oktober den Rabatt nutzen?

The best way to deal with this is to get in touch with our Customer Support team. If you did sign up for the student discount and you are being charged the standard price, then they will be able to refund you.
