Unable to Use Student Discount

I am unable to access my student discount because it says someone is already using the credentials.  However, whoever that is is not me.  Spotify has been somewhat unhelpful in helping me resolve this issue so far.  Thank you.

Let's try following this troubleshooting to make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this. If the discount was previously added to an old account, it won't expire until a full year has gone by.

We also suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to get the discount.
