Question
I just bought and redeemed a 3 month gift card for Spotify Premium. However, on the mobile app it shows that I have only 29 days before I need to go online whilst the account webpage and email receipt from Spotify just shows the 3 months of premium I bought as accounted for. Is there any separate reason for the time till I need to go online and my premium subscription time to be different, or is there an error in the app and if so how am I to resolve it.

Spotify needs to reconnect online every 30 days to capture any royalties for streams and to check whether your subscription is still active. Your 3 month subscription should not be affected by this, so long as you go online at least once every 30 days (in the event you do a lot of offline listening). You can also see the exact date Spotify would need to be renewed from your account page online.
