My Question or Issue

Aboneliğimi iptal ettiğim halde ücretlendirme kartın ekstrelerinde görüyorum. Ocak ayına yaptığım iptal bir türlü sonuca ulaşmadı, bu iş can sıkıcı olmaya başladı bir an önce bu iptalini yerine getirilip para kesintisinin durmasını istiyorum.
