Accoun premium missing

Hey there I recently opened an account with you guys but today I was removimg some stuff in my cellphone memory and I delete de cockies and cache from the app but right now when im trying to log in shows the normal session for free but where is my premium account and in my back statement shows the charge I need my account Asap please why is too hard to get in touch with you you must have customer service over phone my email is <removed sensitive info> pleas I need my premium account back and or my refund

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
