My Question or Issue

 I recently canceled my subscription but I am still being charged. On my account, it is telling me that I am on a free plan. I believe I have another account that I might have forgotten about, but I cannot find it and log into it!

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account. For some steps that can help you to find it, I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.
