Account hack

Account hack

I believe my account has been hacked. I had an email to say an additional user had been added, then another one to say they'd been taken off. Now whenever i log in it looks as though my subscription has been cancelled. Non of my playlists etc are there and it looks as though im back to basic Spotify rather than premium. I don't want to just buy premium again until i find out why this has happened. Can you help?

Thanks for your help. I followed the link and managed to speak to an advisor who reset my account for mr. All sorted now. Thanks again!!
