I'm seeing Spotify charges on my Credit Card statements but I did NOT sign up. The charges start immediately after the free trial through my phone company expired. My records and the phone company's records show that I cancelled before the deadline. How do I end payments and, ideally, get reimbursed for charges I did not approve?

Check with your friends/family to see if anyone you know subscribed with your payment details, or learn how to find accounts. They can then follow these steps to cancel.

Same think happened to me, Spotify also make it very hard to cancel your account there being no way to do it on line, which is extremely annoying, and smacks of the sort of tricks scammers use.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by following these steps. Just make sure you're logging in with the correct account when doing so. If you don't know the account you're being charged for, we recommend checking if you have another Premium account following these steps.
