My Question or Issue

Hello, I have an issue.

I have written it before, but it shows me Error, so I don´t know if my question is here or not. Anyway... I had Student account before, and it automaticlly changed to Individual for August, but in September I´ve started study again. I just changed faculty. But the issue is that I didn´t know I should change it back to student account on my own and I realized that Spotife charged me for September and October Individual tax. So my question is Can I get somehow back that difference of 3€ for September and October too? I just change my account back to student, but I´m still waiting for confirmation.

Thanks for reaching out about this. In this case, I'd recommend you start your Premium for Students subscription here. Also, if you'd like to get a refund for the Premium subscription for September and October, I'd recommend checking out Spotify's Refund Policy here.
