Can not enter credit card information in mobile app

Holding the credit card in my hand, wanting to spend my money on Spotify i can not find the way to use it in the mobile app.

 

No information

No link

No place to enter credit card information

I'll be happy to help.

It seems like you're already using Premium. Could you try updating your payment details following these steps on a browser?

Yes already premium but needed to update creditcard info as the msg describes.

Sorry but your solution to go https://support.spotify.com/ and follow steps is not very user friendly. Welcome to the 21st century 🙂

We're happy to hear you've managed to update your payment details successfully. 

 

Whenever you want to check until when your subscription is valid or if you need to update your payment details, or change your payment method, you should head to: https://www.spotify.com/account Feel free to bookmark this page, as it can be useful for you in the future 🙂

 

Bear in mind it's not possible to update the payment method in the app whether you're using a mobile or a Desktop device.
