Can't change country nor payment settings.

Can't change country nor payment settings.

I've been living in the US for the last few years and set up my Premium account there. Now I'm back in Germany and tried to update my payment option as well as country. The help page directs me to my account's subscription and payment page. If I put in my new Germany postal code, I get an error message. 

If I go to the Edit Profile page, to change my country etc., those options are grayed out, I can't change anything and I'm pointed towards the original help page that directed me to go the account's subscription and payment page. 

All of that is slightly confusing. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be more than happy.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or use an incognito window.

 

In case you get the same results, you can cancel the current subscription, wait until the account goes back to Free, update the country, and then resubscribe.

When your account gets downgraded to Spotify Free, no saved songs etc. will get deleted.
