Can't change payment method

Can't change payment method

 

I created my account in Ireland and recently cancelled my premium plan however now I can't change the country I am in (it is grayed out in the edit profile section) and I can't change my payment method either - the subscription tab doesn't have the "update" button under the card details.

Can you send me a screenshot of the error message is shown? Please make sure not to send sensitive info when posting to the community.

Here's what I see attached. On the payments section, under the bank details there should be a button to update the method yet there isn't any.
