Can't go premium

Hey,
I'm trying to go premium with PayPal, but after I checkout the page goes white and nothing happens. Tried this several times on my android app, also via browser. Nothing.
Why cant I do it?

Thanks for giving us a shout. We know it's not cool to have trouble paying for your Spotify subscription.

Let's try to troubleshoot this issue with you.

• Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
• If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
• If it says Free, check the receipt spotify sent to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

So I haven't paid because the payment doesn't go through. I try by PayPal,
but nothing happens after I approve the payment-page goes blank, and when I
refresh or try going to the app it's still free.
So I'm not being charged but there's no indication why...
