Can't pay for premium

My Question or Issue

 Trying to pay my premium family plan but every time I try to do so spotify tells me that something went wrong.. I've been calling to the bank and they say that spotify is the problem. I've been trying all the tips on spotify help page including unsubscribe and letting it go back to free but nothing is working.. been trying different cards too. Of course there is money on the cards. Any ideas?

Going crazy from commercials so I consider this some kind of emergency,

Sorry to hear you’re having issues making payment, but no worries - I’ll be happy to help. 

Could you try these steps: 

• Try another browser/incognito mode, and clear all cache, and/or browing history
• Do a soft reset
• Check your internet connection

Checked everything there, all good. Still no payment..

Tried on a computer today, in both chrome and firefox on incognito pages and nothing worked.

Got it to work now!

Used a laptop computer and managed to pay through PayPal .
