I have a spotify subscription in which I dont have access to the email for the account anymore. Plus I forgot my username and password for this account, but I'm still paying for it. I want to cancel that subscription and use my current account to subscribe.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but... I have a similar situation and have not received any response from Spotify. I also tried to cancel via my credit card company. However, even though the credit card company takes the Spotify charges off my bill, the charges keep reappearing the following month. The credit card company also tried to contact Spotify but got no response. I think we are screwed.
