Cannot use premium after a week....

I have an issue with login in! I bought premium for 3 months for my daughter on christmas eve. It worked for a week and tomorrow not anymore... also the link in the confirmation email did not work for her. I think I did something wrong by bying it on my own email adress in stead of hers?? Any idea How I can fix this please??

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help :)

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
