My Question or Issue

 

I have tried to change my payment option multiple times, and I just get the error message, however, I already have my new card added to my payment options I just want to swap.

Hey @Levi15,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify community.

 

Could you try using an incognito window and following these steps?

 

  1. Go to Update payment details.
  2. Enter a new payment method.
  3. Click Change payment details to confirm.

If you continue to experience issues when entering card details, make sure your bank has the right information, and that your personal details are up to date and correct. Also, try contacting your bank for assistance.
