Could you let us know if you've tried some of the troubleshooting steps suggested above, such as a private or incognito browser or using a different device? Keep in mind that payments with Boleto can take up to 5 working days to process (not including weekends or public holidays). It's also worthwhile to check with your bank to see if your card is enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases, as @Jermey suggested.

Yes, the problem persists. Always that i try to pay a form shows asking to update some data for bank account confirmation. After that, the problem happens. I'm sure that all data filled in the form is correct.
