My Question or Issue

 

On the 15th of June '20 you charged me 12.49EUR 

Invoice number P1 0232

 

On the 10th of June '20 you charged me 9.99EUR 

invoice number P1 012E 

 

I changed my subscription to Premium Duo since 14/01/2020 but you kept charging me my previous membership too since January for 6 months. 

 

Please refund me and stop charging me extra.

Good morning I am requesting that you please stop charging me double for the last six months or so of 1499 for my premium package I love Spotify but I'm being charged double each month for the last 6 months thank you for your attention and your assistance I hope we can resolve this issue and refund the money that was double-charged again thank you
