My Question or Issue

My husband is currently working overseas, he renewed our Duo and now I can't access it because it says we are not in the same location. The account is registered at our home address so is it implying that we literally have to be in the same room to use it? This seems ridiculous, any known solutions?

If the Duo subscription wasn't renewed in time and they had to resubscribe again, it's necessary that you both reset the plan's address. In this case, ask your husband to remove you from the Duo plan, and then double-check if the address is correct, after that, ask him to send you another invitation link and when accepting it, be sure to set precisely the same address your husband put when setting the plan up. This might solve the issue.
