My credit card expired and i get en error every time I want to update de card number. The credit card is operative so I don't kno why I get this error. I`ve tried form Chrome, Safari, Icognito mode and different days but still get the error. I don't want my subscription to be cancelled. What can I do?

Thanks for the screenshots. Since those didn't work, could you try using another payment method to see if that works? You can also check out this support article for some payment troubleshooting steps.
