My Question or Issue

Hi I am asked to update my payment method or else my subscription will not be renewed. I tried updating my payment method using three different cards and one of the is the same card that is being used ever since my subscription started but for all of them I got this message 

The payment failed. Please try again, or use a different payment method. Go to our support. 

I have also tried using incognito tab, different internet connection and even different devices but still no use as I kept receiving the same message.

So what should I do now in order not to lose my subscription?

We recommend checking this article and make sure the card you want to use meets all the requirements you'll find there. It's a good idea to check them out directly with your bank/card provider.


If they confirm it does and everything is ok, we recommend waiting 24 hours before trying to update your payment details again. It's worth doing it from an incognito/private window in the browser and a different device.
