Family Subscription

Family Subscription

After two years of sharing a Spotify account with my family, I have recently discovered that a family subscription exists. So, I researched ways to change from a premium subscription to a family one and every way I tried it said that I wasn't allowed to change. So, I thought I could cancel my subscription and resubscribe into a family account. However, I cancelled it, but now it isn't letting me back to subscribe again. I am afraid to lose my account and everything on the account, so I don't know what to do. I was also notified I have until March 11 to keep my premium subcription.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

 

Firstly, we'd recommend double-checking you're following the steps at:
https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/

If this doesn't help, we'd recommend trying things from a different device, or browser.

Still no luck? Can you confirm what happens when you try to subscribe? Are you getting an error message?
