My Question or Issue 

I renewed my subscription and was expecting a free google nest mini but after paying with a gift card I was then informed i was not able to because I paid with a gift card. If i would have known this before i would have paid differently. isb there anything that can be done to correct this?

I understand your concern. I checked on my end too and seems like prepaid cards and gift cards are not valid payment methods for this particular offer. 

You would have to pay for your Spotify Premium subscription for one month in order to redeem this offer. You can either wait for a month until you can pay using a valid payment card (which I can’t guarantee how long this offer will last). You can also get in touch with Customer Support to see if they can help further.
