I am writing because I am supposed to have a free premium trial period and yet this service isn´t available in my account. I am requestiong help to solve this matter.

When you check your account page, does your account status say Free or Premium? Also, could you try logging out/in of your account on the app?

Thanks for the screenshot.
It seems like your account is on Spotify Premium. If you're having issues with using your Premium features or when you try to access a Premium feature you get a message, don't worry. It generally takes 1-3 business days for the payment to be reflected on Spotify's end and for your account to turn Premium.
I'll follow up with you here in 1-3 business days (Tuesday of next week) to check if your account has turned to Premium. If your account turns to Premium before the 1-3 days are up, make sure to let me know.
You can also follow the steps provided here in the meantime.

Hey, I am still without access to the premium features, I and am going to be charged tomorrow, and if the problem persists I am thinking in cancelling the service.
