Generic error message when trying to join Duo plan

My Question or Issue

My partner still has an active Premium subscription and wants to join my Duo subscription. When doing so she is presented the "An error occurred" page. How can she join the subscription?

Thanks for reaching out.

She first needs to cancel her current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, she'll be able to accept the Premium Duo invite. 🙂
