My Question or Issue

The question is too simple, but I did not find the answer to it.
1. If I forgot about the spotify subscription and the money was withdrawn, is it impossible to return the funds? (I did not find an answer to this question in the return rules, only about the trial period)

1. For any questions about refunds or if you believe you're eligible for one, please visit Spotify's Refund policy for more info.
2. There are no refunds issued automatically. If a user switches into a plan that costs more than the previous plan, the remaining Premium time will be converted, and that can bring the payment date forward.
