Google Home offer in Canada

Hi there - I have been a Spotify Premium subscriber for 3 years and I have found out I'm not eligible for the Google Home deal you're offering Canadians.   I bought a yearly subscription at the beginning of the year and see that I am excluded despite this - this is a dissapointing.  Is there a way to correct this?

all my friends have a monthly subscription and they got it, I have been subscribed since 2015. When 2019 started I got a full year subscription, that seems to be the only difference. I contacted Spotify on twitter and they said it wasn't eligible with my yearly plan?

I costed 119.88 which when you divide by 12 you get 9.99 the same price they pay monthly.

It's strange we're being penalized for investing in the business upfront.
