My Question or Issue

My subscription payment failed at the end of last month. So yesterday when I was going to pay it the payment failed again through the Spotify website. I then did the payment sucessfully again later at the evening. And today when I checked my bank account, Spotify charged me two times. Once 11th of Mars and once 12th. How do I get a refund?
