How to cancel a subscription?

I've been subscribing to Premium over a year. (9, 99 euros/month) but I also subsribed to the Student Subscrption a few months ago (4, 99 euros/month). But ma bank withdraws my two subs. So I have to pay over 14 euros per month! In my profile, the only subscription mentioned is the Student one. Can I can cancel one of them and how, please?

It's possible that you may have more than one Spotify account.
