My Question or Issue:

My boyfriend paid for the family plan for him and I and I forgot to cancel my subscription and so as soon as money went into my account, Spotify took it.

Yet for some reason my account still shows payment failed.

Can I just get my money back or do I have to cancel my account and take the $10 as a loss?

I am so sorry for the inconvience and the frustration on this issue. You can certainly contact Spotify if you want a Full refund, before 14 days of the purchase, but you’ll lose your benefits after the refund.
