Hi, i'm from Mexico, today i bought a gift cart of 6 months in the store, but when i tried to redeem the code, showed up an error and it said to try again later, i attached a image with the error, i tried the steps of the web page but the problem remained

Could you try redeeming your Gift Card here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't help, could you try following some troubleshooting steps here > Gift Card not working? section?
