I got a premium code from Microsoft Rewards, but when i try to use that, that give me an error

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection. Just to make sure, are you trying to redeem the code here? If this doesn't do the trick, it would be very useful if you could attach a screenshot of any error messages you get.
