Spotify keeps saying update payment

Spotify keeps saying update payment

  1. Every time i go to the app it tells me my payment method has failed. Buy ny bank statement shows it wemt through a while ago. Is this a bug on the app or do i need to redo my payment method?

Thanks for reaching out. You should be able to check if you payment went through successfully seeing if it shows here. If it shows there and are still seeing this message, I'd recommend you try logging out and back into the app twice in a row to see if that triggers a refresh.
