I recently tried the free three month subscription and cancelled the subscription the day I got it so I wouldn't have to make any payments, and now it charged me out of my card. I would like a refund.

I had $20 left in my account, 2 weeks ago I was asked by spotify to pay it and I didint have money in my account so it went unpaid for 2 weeks. Now spotify has tried to take their payment and they did. If someone has not gone to repay their bill dont just automatically charge them. Now I have no money for food.

I need a refund immediately! I did not authorize the continuation of my sons spotify premium account as it was supposed to be ended already by my son because I’m not familiar with how to work this, however my son had lied and said it had been canceled. The charge had been made today, November 20, 2025 and once I realized the charge had been made, I canceled it immediately.

I am demanding a refund of $13.58 for this payment was not authorized nor was it intended to be made by me at all.

So apparently they took 11.99 from my account, and their saying they can’t refund even if it was yesterday they got payed and they are also telling me bacause of the free trial, free trial and payments are two different things that’s why free trial is free and payment you have to be payed they don’t link together so okay I did free trial and apple at a point they gave everyone free trial so that was automatic we didn’t sign up and I didn’t even use Spotify at that time so how am I meant to know a free trial was running at that time and then their saying they can’t refund my money??? That’s 11.99 as a teenager I could get a lot with that and trust me I could but the money I have saved and worked for is just gone like that, and I’m not even going to use it that’s the truth I’m too busy with exams and this is cause more stress than i already have so if you could please, please, please give me my money back, you guys are already rich and have money flowing like honey 11.99 won’t do you any harm I just want my money back that’s a lot of money and if my dad finds out he will kill me like literally, he hates me wasting money on apps and 11.99 is a huge one so please just refund my money back and everything will be fine, cause honestly this is going to be on my mind which will definitely impact my exams so please I just want my money back I just found out today and they debited my money on the 26th well actually now it’s 12 am but I found out at 11pm and have been trying to refund my money since so please. Thank you

у меня такая ситуация, списало деньги а позже я отменила просто  премиум и мне нужно компенсация. Что делать в такой ситуации?
