Hello. I’ve been a Spotify Premium user for over 10 months. This month, on September 4th, 2018 I got a receipt verification mail from Spotify saying that my payment has been accepted. I pay from an online credit card and I can also see that my Premium payment was done from there. The problem is when I open the app, it says that I am using the Free version and I need to pay to switch to Premium. Now I don’t have access to Premium features. It’s been only 11 days since the payment has been done so my membership shouldn’t have been cancelled. What should I do?

Could you try a quick log out/in to see if that makes a difference? If that doesn't help, I'd recommend doing a quick reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.
