Logged in my old account (non premium) then connected my Facebook (premium). Boom! Premium is gone.

Logged in my old account (non premium) then connected my Facebook (premium). Boom! Premium is gone.

I subscribed premium on my FB account in spotify. for a few months already. Then I logged out.

 

Then, 

I logged in my old account (non premium) then connected my FB (premium). Boom! Premium is gone.

Whenever I try login using FB, it now defaults to my old account. 
I disconnected fb from my old account. Now I can't login using FB.

Hey @chastinebayubay! Welcome to the community!

That's not cool. Could you try to login with your username and password? You can find your username on one of your receipts. Let me know how it goes.

I can login to my acct using password and I the receipts page is empty.

Woah, sorry. I mean one of the receipts you've received by e-mail. Your username should be on those. Could you login with that username? Let me know how it goes.

I dont see any spotify email about my receipt. I only receive paypal's
authorized payment receipt and it doesnt show my username. 😞
