Move playlists from Tidal to Spotify?

Hi I've decided to switch over to Spotify from Tidal and I'm wondering how I can transfer my playlists. I have 4500 songs in just one playlist and I really don't want to do it manually. I know there are apps like Stamp or Soundiiz but they are all pay-apps, need a lot of personal information and I don't trust them. Is there any way to just have them transferred (like you can transfer Spotify playlists to Tidal)? Thank you!

For you information SOUNDIIZ is recommended by TIDAL as you can see here :

And lot of streaming platforms like Napster/Qobuz/SoundCloud... So It's Ok 😉

Also there's a Free offer on Soundiiz too to convert your playlists one by one.

But the issue here is probably the number of tracks you have... you probably have to split your playlist first.
