Multiple Charges, Second Account?

I have a premium account which was originally paid for through my paypal account, however I recently updated the payment plan to use my new Visa Card. Based on the receipts shown in my account profile...

jan 23, 2020 - 9.99 via paypal

feb 23, 2020 - 9.99 via paypal

mar 23, 2020 - 9.99 via visa


I logged in to my bank account and the visa transaction occurred the same day, however I am still receiving charges to my paypal account. In fact in the same time frame I've received way more than the 2 shown in the receipts section...

jan 22, 2020 - 9.99

feb 2, 2020 - 14.99

feb 22, 2020 - 9.99

mar 2, 2020 - 14.99

apr 2, 2020 - 14.99


at first glance it looks like I have a second account being charged 14.99. Any idea how to track that down? I recovered an old account, however it has no subscription (free). To the best of my knowledge those are the only 2 I created.

If you see multiple charges and they’re not pending or to check the payment is valid, you could have more than one Premium account. Follow these ways to find other accounts


In case you find another Premium account, follow these steps to cancel. If you can’t access an account, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.
