What exactly have you seen and where did you see it? Has your Spotify account successfully been upgraded to Premium or not? Consider sending us some screenshots too, but be careful and make sure they don't include any sensitive info, including the payment date, amount, etc.

Thanks Joan, I've now found info online telling me Spotify recurring payments can show as NowTV due to a partnership with the two companies. I've never actually paid anything to NowTV, it just shows in a list of scheduled payments with the same date and amount as Spotify.

I have had the exact same thing happen to me, I bank with Barclays and had 21.99 showing as recurring payment to "nowtv", but there was nothing to nowtv in my bank statement (21.99 is spotify price).
I spoke to NowTV before I figured this out and they said the statement would show a 5 digit code with nowtv if it was their subscription.
Same thing happening to me, I was wondering what NowTV was in my barclays recurring payments. Never used nowtv in my life. I'm assuming this is spotify and all is OK? 12.99 per month.

Keep in mind that you can check the payments related to your Spotify account by heading over to the account page > Order history. If the payment doesn't appear there or if you have any questions about it, we suggest sending us a private message so we can check things behind the scenes - just follow the steps under Send us a message on this page.
If the payment doesn't appear to be related to your Spotify subscription, however, we recommend reaching out directly to your payment provider/bank. They should be able to give you more details.
