Do I have a ongoing premiumsubscription? I thought i had changed it to free. But Spotify withdraw money from my account

Can you start by taking a look at your Account page under Your Plan? If you don't see an active Premium plan, it means that you might be paying for Premium on a different account.

It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us and you've cancelled one of them but the other one is on Premium.
